Shipping Policy
We proudly ship all orders within the United States from our location in Illinois. Our goal is to get your gear in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:
Shipping Methods & Carriers

Small items (e.g., replacement caps) ship via USPS.

Thermal optics and larger items ship via UPS.

Express and Overnight options are available at checkout, but delivery times are not guaranteed once the package has left our facility.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed on business days ship the same day, with pickups between 3–5 PM Central Time.

Packages typically begin tracking movement by 8 PM Central, once scanned at the UPS facility.

Most customers receive their orders within 3 business days.
Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered on orders over $1,799, excluding heavy items such as tripods, targets or vehicle-mounted thermal units.

Shipping costs for expedited or heavy items will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within a few hours of your order being processed.

If you provide your phone number at checkout, you’ll also receive an "Out for Delivery" text notification.
Shipping Restrictions

Thermal optics cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Smaller items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Signature confirmation and package insurance are not included by default. If you require these services, please contact us prior to shipping or note it during checkout—especially if your shipping and billing addresses differ.
Responsibility After Shipment
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages unless insurance or signature confirmation has been requested.
